Statistical Rollercoaster
With Christian Bosch it is up and down: Because at marketmind he works with higher-level statistical procedures and deep emotions. Preferably in the context of customer satisfaction measurement and customer loyalty management. As regards his leadership style, his famous willingness to listen to all concerns has already become legendary, as it applies to any matter voiced by any of his staff at any time.
Soaring Heights
Christian Bosch, who has been with the company since 1999, has been a member of the board since 2004. His doctoral thesis about emotions in marketing speaks volumes. And its further elaboration has consequently been published as such a volume by Deutscher Universitätsverlag. He personally gets his high from air and rail transport. And when the list of studies comprises projects related to logistics, he feels like an airbus taking its maiden flight above the clouds. By the way, Christian Bosch has not only been educated at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, but also – stated soberly – at the Wine Academy Austria.
Pedagogical Heights
Christian Bosch likes to look beyond his own backyard, and also beyond boundaries, such as the tree line (Kilimanjaro, 2004). This is why with him, the management of international projects is in such good hands. At marketmind, he is also in charge of internal training measures. Because he has the ability to present even the most complex content with a touch of humour and in an understandable form. This ability – and his patience – are also appreciated by the students who attend his lectures at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at other educational institutions.
Mode of Working and Vacationing
For his holidays, Christian Bosch is drawn to South Africa. He is particularly fond of Cape Town, attracted by its weather, wine, and people. But he has also been known to make himself comfortable in the Lesotho Highlands at a temperature of minus 14 degrees. When looking for spectacular motives for photos he can generally take a lot. Only to elephants he keeps his distance. Much as he likes mountains, he never makes one out of a molehill. His mode of working is goal-orientated, he delights in perfection. If he were not always friendly, one could say he gets his teeth into things until they have been completed. He likes relating to people. As the feeling is mutual, quite a few of his clients have turned into his friends.
